The Web Domains Support Specialist is responsible for tracking and updating domains for all client accounts. This includes handling Sales, purchases, transfers, name server changes and any domain related transitions or issues. They are also responsible for any escalations and troubleshooting of the software and/or email issues.
Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing the domains for all accounts.
- Creating, editing, and maintaining e-mail accounts for client base.
- Assisting clients in supporting and resolving hardware and software issues that may impede the use of product.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge of domain registrar and web hosting technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with MS Windows and Windows applications, PC hardware and software.
